Not only did we get to see the fighters, we got a quick glimpse of the stage select as well. Honda, Blanka, and Guile make up the penultimate row, and then Ken, Chun-Li, Zangief, and Dhalsim close things out. JP, Juri, Dee Jay, and Cammy make up the next row down, and then it's all World Warriors (in their original SF2 character select order) from there. Character designer, Kaname Fujioka, has stated that these two are meant to stand as something of modern Ryu and Ken as the franchise introduces a whole new and younger guard of fresh faces.įour more of the game's six brand new characters make up the next row as Manon, Kimberly, Marisa, and Lily sit just below Luke and Jamie. It's arranged in a four by four array with the game's protagonist, Luke, and his rival, Jamie, atop the rest. Though we're all but certain more characters will be added as DLC over the coming months and years, Street Fighter 6 will feature 18 initial roster members upon release on June 2 of this year.
